Welcome to Glassboard Studio (the “Site” and the “Service”). We create and produce custom Glassboard Studio prints—reverse-printed vinyl backing on glass—using the photos and images you upload. Prints can be mounted on a wall or displayed on a desk or tabletop.
We aim to operate ethically, legally, and responsibly. We ask that you use the same judgment when using our Site, products, or any content hosted by Glassboard Studio. Users must not engage in misuse, abuse, or any behavior we determine (in our sole discretion) to be harmful or manipulative. We may terminate any account for any reason.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the Site, the Service, and our products is governed by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website. These documents make up the entire agreement between you and Glassboard Studio.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ORDERING PRODUCTS, UPLOADING CONTENT, OR USING OUR SITE IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use or register for Glassboard Studio. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to agree to these Terms. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site and Service.

REGISTRATION
You may browse the Site without an account, but registration may be required for certain features. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. If you provide false or incomplete information, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Usernames may be denied if they impersonate someone, are offensive, infringe on rights, or otherwise cause confusion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Service allows users (“Users”) to upload photos, graphics, and other content (“Images”) to create custom Glassboard Studio prints.
Our process is fully digital. You are entirely responsible for reviewing and confirming your order details, including layout, size, orientation, spelling, images, and all other editable features (“Realm of Control”).
We do not check or review your uploaded Images unless we choose to, and we may cancel any order that violates these Terms. If your order is canceled, we will refund your purchase price minus any costs already incurred, within 90 days.

USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT
You are solely responsible for all content (“User Content”) you upload or distribute through the Service. You represent that you own or have permission to use all Images and that your content does not violate any rights or laws.
You may not upload or request prints containing unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
Glassboard Studio may remove or refuse content at our discretion but is not obligated to do so. We are not liable for any User Content, including errors, loss, or damages arising from its use.
The Service is not a backup service. You are responsible for keeping your own copies.
You agree not to:
• impersonate others
• send spam or unsolicited messages
• upload viruses or harmful code
• provide false information
• disrupt or harm the Site or Service
• interfere with other users
• violate any laws or regulations

PURCHASES
Color Matching:
Every screen displays color differently. We cannot guarantee that colors on your device will match the final printed product. Differences between digital displays and printed materials are normal.
Artists acknowledge that final prints may differ from original artwork.

Image Quality:
You are responsible for ensuring your Images are high resolution and suitable for the size you select. We do not adjust, correct, or assess image quality.

Production Time:
Production times shown during checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays and busy seasons may affect production. We are not liable for delays.

Pricing Errors:
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order even if your payment has already been processed. Any charged amount will be refunded.

Shipping:
Title and risk transfer to you when we hand your package to the shipping carrier. Partial shipments may occur at no additional cost.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Happiness Guarantee (30 Days):
You have 30 days from purchase to notify us of issues. We may request photos and additional information. Based on our assessment, we may offer a reprint, store credit (excluding shipping), no action, or in rare cases, a refund. A shipping fee may apply to reprints not related to warranty issues or shipping damage.

One-Year Warranty:
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for one year. We may request photos or return of the product. At our discretion, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, exposure to extreme conditions, or intentional damage. Determining whether damage is a manufacturing defect is at our sole discretion.
Refunds cannot be issued after 90 days.

Payment:
You must provide accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. By placing an order, you agree to all charges and applicable taxes. Orders may require information verification before acceptance.

Product Availability & Promotions:
We may refuse or cancel any order. Promotions, coupons, and referral codes may have restrictions, and we may modify or decline them at any time. Referral codes are for first-time customers and one per household.
Promotions—including contests or sweepstakes—may have additional rules that override these Terms where they conflict.

Not for Resale:
Products are for personal use only and may not be resold without our written permission.

Order Changes:
You have opportunities to review your order before placing it. Once an order is submitted, it is final. We may choose—but are not required—to edit or cancel orders.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Except for User Content, all rights in and to the Site, Service, content, graphics, logos, technology, and processes (“Glassboard Studio IP”) belong to Glassboard Studio. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.
